Terms and Conditions

  • ~ A deposit of $100 is required to book an appointment with me.

    ~ Deposits are $100 and NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE to anyone else.

    ~ The deposit goes toward the cost of the tattoo.

    ~ Price quotes are inclusive of the deposit. For example, you have scheduled an appointment and sent the deposit, if I quote $500 for your tattoo, you will be required to pay the balance of $400 in cash at your appointment.

  • ~ If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please email me at DelaneyRenee.Work@gmail.com ASAP.

    ~ If you reschedule, you must do so at LEAST 7 days ahead of your appointment to not lose your deposit. Deposits can be transferred to a new appointment only ONCE. Any rescheduling on your behalf thereafter no matter the circumstances, will require another deposit.

    ~ If you are unable to provide notice of rescheduling prior to 7 days ahead of your appointment, your deposit is forfeited. Under no circumstances will we refund or transfer your deposit.

    ~ Deposits are only valid up to 6 months, so all rescheduling will need to be made within this time frame.

    ~ Under no circumstances will your deposit be refunded if you cancel your appointment and don’t wish to reschedule.

  • ~ If you are running late, you must email me before the start time of your appointment, if you do not email, you may be marked as a no show.

    ~ The grace period is 20 minutes. Over 20 minutes late regardless of notice may be considered a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited.

    ~No shows (not showing up to your appointment without notice) will NEVER be rescheduled unless you pay a new deposit AND pay for the tattoo in advance.


    *Please keep in mind that I take a lot of consideration when making my schedule. I try my very best to be respectful of all of my clients time, the studio’s time, and my time. If you are unable to be on time to your appointment, it is not up to me nor my other clients that day to shift around to accommodate you. There is a lot that goes into a tattoo session, including setting up, drawing time, placing the stencil, actual tattooing, taking necessary bathroom/snack breaks, wrapping up, and breaking down. Please plan accordingly to be at your appointment on time.

  • ~ Occasionally, and only under rare circumstances, I may need to reschedule your appointment. When this happens, I will offer my availability and work with your schedule. If we are not able to find a time that works for you, OR you are coming from out of town, this is the ONLY time that we will refund your deposit.

    ~ I will give as much notice as I possibly can, only under emergency situations will I cancel on you last minute. I do my very best to avoid this.
